Some unique features include LED lights/signages (no other houseboat has lights like this!); a spacious, fully enclosed and air-conditioned upstairs lounge featuring 360-degree views matched with an 11-seater leather couch, television, Xbox 360, and stereo system; a rear-facing kitchen; an 8-person gas-heated spa with a Smart TV and patio heaters; 4 bedrooms (queen/split beds) where 8 to 12 people can have a relaxing sleep on the water + 3 sofa beds, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuites) plus two additional toilets (1 outside, 1 upstairs).
